BAYSTAR HOTEL GROUP ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
FOR TWO HOTELS
TAMPA, FLA. (April 14, 2011) — BayStar Hotel Group,
LLC, a Tampa-based hotel development and management
company, has been retained to manage two hotels for Bay
Cities Bank.
One is the Lakeland Hotel and Conference Center, formerly a
Holiday Inn, located at 3260 U.S. Highway 98 North in
Lakeland, Fla. at Exit 32 off Interstate 4. The four-story,
157-room hotel has 3,500 square feet of meeting/banquet
space and catering services, and it serves as the official
winter home of the Detroit Tigers.
The other hotel is the two-story former Best Western near
the corner of Ulmerton Road and Roosevelt Blvd. in
Clearwater, Fla. Now called the St. Petersburg-Clearwater
International Airport Inn, the hotel features 117 rooms, a
business center and conference room and a free Continental
breakfast.
