NEW OWNERS BRING NEW LOOK AND FEEL TO HOLIDAY INN CAPITOL EAST

TAMPA, FLA. (Sept. 19, 2006) — BayStar Hotel Group, LLC has just completed a $750,000 cosmetic upgrade on its Holiday Inn Capitol East in Tallahassee.

Dramatic new carpeting, drapes, wall covering and art give the 2,400-square-foot meeting room a bold new look. BayStar also created a large pre-meeting space outside the meeting area overlooking the outdoor pool and redecorated the board room.

In addition to the new look, guests will enjoy a new feel. All of the 148 guest rooms now offer new bedding and bath packages featuring pillow-top mattresses, shower rods that curve toward the outside for more room and upgraded shower heads.

Approximately one mile from the State Capitol, the Holiday Inn at 1355 Appalachia Parkway is home to the Tallahassee Ale House sports bar. The hotel provides free high-speed wireless Internet access along with a business center. It also offers room service and has a guest laundry room, swimming pool and fitness center. Its fourth floor offers deluxe features including refrigerators, microwaves, and radios with CD players. Like all BayStar Hotels, this Holiday Inn welcomes pets.

BayStar acquired the Holiday Inn Capitol East in Feb. 2006.
