BAYSTAR HOTEL GROUP ADDS J. NORMAN GIOVENCO, CPA AS
PRINCIPAL AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
TAMPA (March 5, 2004) — J. Norman Giovenco, CPA has
joined BayStar Hotel Group as principal and chief financial
officer (CFO). Responsibilities include managing banking
and investor relationships as well as overseeing company
finances.
Giovenco is a Certified Public Accountant who has more than
15 years’ experience in public accounting with
extensive knowledge of asset management and implementation
of operational efficiencies. Most recently, as a partner
with Tampa-based Pender NewKirk & Co., he served
hospitality clients. Giovenco has a bachelor’s degree
from the University of Florida.
