BAYSTAR HOTEL GROUP NAMES ROBERT FROBISH VICE
PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
TAMPA (June 25, 2009) — BayStar Hotel Group has
promoted Robert L. Frobish, CHA (Certified Hotel
Administrator) to vice president of operations, where he
will oversee day to day functions of all BayStar Hotels,
providing guidance and direction to the property general
managers.
Frobish has more than 30 years’ experience in the
hotel industry, mostly managing Holiday Inn properties. He
has received numerous industry awards for outstanding
customer service, including the Pinnacle and Heart and
Hospitality awards from Ramada and Holiday Inn’s
Torch Bearer Award.
Most recently he was the general manager of the BayStar
Hotel Group’s Holiday Inn Express – Lake Buena
Vista, recipient of the IGH (InterContinental Hotels Group)
2007 Renovation Award. Frobish, a resident of Orlando since
relocating from Chicago in 1992, will maintain his office
at the Holiday Inn Express Lake Buena Vista.

Frobish studied business management at Illinois State
University in Bloomington, Ill., and graduated from Holiday
Inn University with a General Manager Certification.
