BayStar purchased the seven-story, 200-room hotel in September of 2005 and invested $2.2 million to upgrade and convert the former Radisson into a Holiday Inn Express. This hotel began as a 1920s bed and breakfast that expanded over the years into a 76-room, three story hotel. BayStar Hotel Group purchased the property in 2008 and invested more than $3 million renovating and converting it into Intercontinental Hotel Group’s newest boutique brand, the Hotel Indigo.
